Art has always been a part of Tamra’s life, beginning when she was a young girl watching her grandfather painting the Arizona landscape from his back yard patio.

A resident of Sonoma County since 1981, she has always appreciated the beauty of the area. From this she gains inspiration that is expressed in her colorful landscapes.

She has dabbled in many different mediums, but paints mainly in pastel and watercolor. When painting, her focus is on capturing and interpreting the landscape and surroundings. The vibrant colors and velvety textures of pastels allow her to fully express what she feels and sees.
